Terms of use
By using EMJ.life you accept that nothing emitted by the platform constitutes an ESG rating, credit grade, assurance opinion, or investment advice (D-001).
What we do
EMJ.life provides pre-disclosure evidence governance only: we capture behavior, anchor evidence cryptographically, and publish DOI-anchored disclosures. The platform is a Pillar-1 evidence layer, not a Pillar-2 assurance product.
What we don't do
- No ratings. EMJ does not assign ESG, sustainability, or risk ratings.
- No scores. EMJ does not compute interpretive composite scores across modules.
- No credit decisions. Nothing emitted by EMJ is intended to inform lending, underwriting, or credit grading.
- No assurance opinions. EMJ is not a licensed assurance practitioner under ISAE 3000 or equivalent.
- No PR campaigns. EMJ does not produce marketing content, narrative spin, or reputation-management outputs.
Acceptable use
- No off-protocol pressure on weighting. Module weights are governed exclusively by D-025; lobbying INC members or counterparties to influence weights outside the formal process is prohibited.
- No attempts to bypass quality gates. Evidence must pass the BEA → PADV → AEU pipeline; submitting fabricated, altered, or cherry-picked records is grounds for termination.
- No impersonation. Each UID binds to one real-world identity through KYC; account sharing or proxying is prohibited.
- No scraping. Automated harvesting of disclosures must use the documented API with a valid key and rate limits; bypass attempts are logged and may be blocked.
Termination
INC may suspend or revoke accounts that violate D-025 (off-protocol pressure) or D-024 (Anti-Weaponization). Suspension events are recorded in the immutable audit log and may be referenced in subsequent governance decisions.
Liability
EMJ.life is an evidence layer, not an assurance product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. No reliance on platform outputs should be treated as investment, credit, or audit advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC), consistent with the Singapore-origin institutional framework series.
