Backend-renunciation declaration

Declaration text
From 2026-01-01, the EMJ platform operator (EMJ LIFE Holdings Pte. Ltd.), acting on the written authority of its founderAnderson Chu, relinquishes routine back-office mutation rights on all evidence-chain tables of the EMJ.life system — namely BEA, PADV, AEU, V-Layer, NTCC and DOI.
From the date above, no employee, contractor, executive or shareholder of the operator may perform an in-place UPDATE or DELETE on these tables outside of the schema-enforced pipeline state transitions. Any change of governance posture must be recorded as a new row in governance_decisionsfollowing the Independent Neutrality Council (INC) process defined in constitutional articles D-001 through D-036.
This declaration is enforced at the database layer by Postgres immutability triggers introduced in migrations0004,0006 and0018. The declaration itself is anchored as a public DOI bulletin (migration0064) so that it is citable, durable and append-only just like every other evidence artefact this platform emits.
Placeholder rendering — the full canonical declaration body is authored in the INC governance pack and will be republished here once the v1 PDF is anchored at Crossref. The substance above accurately reflects the binding effect.
